Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and certifications (if applicable) included.
  • Custom orders, engraved items, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number in the package. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order details, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

International Returns
